Description Massachusetts Dual Diagnosis Treatment Sober Living Homes.

I am currently a resident at Steps to Solutions in Dorchester and Peter has been nothing but helpful and sincere. This house isn't a "sober house", it is our home. All the women here are close, and we attend outside meetings together and spend time with one another. The house is very clean and safe as well. If Jessica had spent more than 24 hours in this house, she would have learned that the urines are sent to a lab with trained workers. Also, you must remember this is Peter's job, and obviously needs to make a living for himself. Not once has Peter failed to ask me if I need anything. He has almost two decades clean, thus he must be working a program right. I will pray for you all who choose to put down a safe home and a man who lives rightfully through his program and his god.

Jessica was in the house for not even 24 hours and left after finding out she wasnt allowed to hang out in the men's house because the houses are for recovery, not play. This house is a home to the women that live here and they all feel safe when they walk through the door. And they can all attest to it, which they will. Keep coming Jessica. Figures you would write a bad review about the place, even your grandmother said you don't live at her house because you like to start drama and have a big mouth. We have a house meeting once a week, we go to outside meetings together. One of the women in the house is helping some of the new ladies find a job. This house is beautiful inside, has big windows, hardwood floors. Inside is brand new. ZERO TOLERANCE for using and violence because it's about PROVIDING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT for women to RECOVER in. And I am the house manager who is employed by OPTIMUM LABS out of New Bedford. Women are required to go to 3 outside meetings a week but everyone living here now pretty much goes to 1 EVERYDAY.

This place is a crock of shit and so is Peter Mccarthy..There were people getting high on the front steps,Hookers all around outside..No support from anyone else in the house, And the whole urine thing well there is no lab that tests you it another person in recovery just like you and me when it should be a certified lab tech not an ex junkie/crackhead just like we once were...Peter does not give one fuck about anything except your money and thats all...
